To make a computer yours (it then shows its online status here and can let you in without asking), open ShiftDesk on it → Settings → Account → Sign in with browser.
Any computer you connect to — a customer's, a colleague's. It appears in the ShiftDesk app and on the home page wherever you sign in. Without a saved password the other side is asked to approve; a wrong password is refused as usual.
